Hassle free returns

If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods.

Your right to return or cancel products does not apply to goods that are:

- Ordered to your specification
- That have been clearly personalized

This doesn't affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days of such cancellation. We will reimburse you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply.

We reserve the right to make a refund less any costs relating to loss in value as a result of damage, mishandling, or other devaluation through the use of the goods. Refunds shall be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, made using the same means of payment as used for the initial order transaction.

The Bosch Performance Line motor with Bosch Smart System provides up to 75 Nm of torque and increases pedalling power by up to 340%.

The Tern HSD P10 features a detachable and easy-to-understand Intuvia 100 display and a 1x10-speed Shimano Deore groupset with trigger shifter. Control all Smart System functions via the Bosch eBike Flow App: keep the e-bike system up-to-date with over-the-air updates, activate the eBike Lock, customise riding modes, view bike information, and connect to dealers.
