With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Hassle free returns

If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods.

Your right to return or cancel products does not apply to goods that are:
-Custom-built,
-Are ordered to your specification,
-that have been clearly personalized.
This doesn't affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must make contact with outspoken Cycles and notify us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement, including details of your name, address, details of the order you wish to cancel, including also your preferred contact details (phone number and email address).

If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days of such cancellation. We will reimburse you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply.

We reserve the right to make a refund less any costs relating to loss in value as a result of damage, mishandling, or other devaluation through the use of the goods. Refunds shall be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, made using the same means of payment as used for the initial order transaction.

FLEXIBLE SPACE FOR CHILDREN

Kangaroo Luxe is from the outset developed for transportation of children. The cabin is spacious and flexible, so there is plenty of room for two children up to 135 cm tall. It is easy for children to enter and exit the cabin due to the low entry point – which saves the adult from many lifts. A prop stand offers added stability.

A safety belt holds the children securely fastened around the hip. The seats are easy to adjust so that the child face either the adult or look forward. Seats can also be set to lying position making a nap more comfortable. Are you bringing one child only, then one seat can be placed in the middle to get the balance just right.

The hood offers protection when the sun is out and the side-windows can open. A sunroof makes it easy see and talk to each other during the trip.

UNIQUE ROAD HOLDING QUALITIES

Kangaroo Luxe offers great road-holding qualities. The head tube solution and steering damper ensure rigidity and good stability. And furthermore the Kangaroo Luxe also has torsion suspension build into the front wheels which smoothes out any bump and minimizes rolling drag.

SAFE TRANSPORTATION OF CHILDREN

  • The cabin is made of impact resistant material and has rounded edges.
  • The strong alu bars provide added protection over the children’s heads.
  • The Kangaroo Luxe is fitted with reflectors on the front and along the hood so that the bike is clearly seen also in the dark. It is prepared for lights.
  • Disc brakes on the front wheels as standard ensure safe braking whatever the weather.
  • The frame construction is light yet strong and made of torsionally rigid aluminium.

INDIVIDUALLY TAILORED

The handlebar is multi-adjustable to suit different drivers. The same goes for the saddle, which is equipped with a quick release making it easy to find the best position.

PLENTY OF ROOM FOR LUGGAGE

Behind the seats, there is plenty of room for luggage etc. and the weight is allocated with stability in mind. A zip fastening at the back provides convenient access to the luggage, and an additional external mesh pocket allows for swift and easy storage.

THIS KANGAROO LUXE IS INDIVIDUALLY ASSEMBLED WITHOUT A MOTOR

and comes with hydraulic disc brakes on front wheels as standard, puncture resistant Schwalbe tires and a variety of gear and motor options.

Without e-motor we offer Alfine 8 gear with disc brake. A sustainable and fun way to get around.

The hood comes in red, black, grey and blue. The frame comes in black, red, silver, white and blue. These colors can be combined as you like.

Please note that the number plate at the front of the bike is no longer available.
