Bosch lithium-ion batteries are among the most advanced on the market. Their intelligent battery management system guarantees a long battery life, while the efficient energy control optimises the bike's range. The battery is secured with a lock on the frame and you can remove it easily using your bike key. This is convenient, as you can charge the battery either on or off the bike.
The Makki Travel is equipped with a Bosch Cargo Line mid-drive motor. With a power of up to 85 Nm, you can enjoy smooth support anytime, anywhere, including uphill with maximum load. The motor is powered by a 545Wh battery
The stand is released effortlessly with a simple foot movement. Putting the bike on the stand is just as easy, even when the box is packed full. The Makki Load's sturdy double kickstand keeps it firmly in place, allowing children to step in and out of the box safely. The new ABS system makes braking safer and gives you more confidence when you use both brakes at the same time. When you need to brake hard, the ABS system prevents the front wheel from locking and the bike from slipping. The Makki Travel is equipped with Gazelle Connect, meaning you know where your Makki is at all times. A module connected to the Internet is built into the Makki, ensuring the cargo bike is always traceable using GPS. This is also clearly marked on the Makki's frame, so thieves will think twice before trying to make off with it. If the Makki starts moving unexpectedly, you'll receive a notification via the Gazelle Connect app.
